Return and Exchange Conditions
If you want to change or return the product you have purchased, you can return it to our billing address with the original invoice within 14 working days from the delivery of the order. In order to ensure the necessary controls, please send your return/exchange request to email@example.com with your order number.
In order for the products you purchased to be returned or exchanged, the product must not have lost its resaleability feature and must not have been used, and the labels and logos must not be damaged. Returns and exchanges that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as "Buyer Pay".
In exchange and return transactions, the shipping cost belongs to the customer. Shipping fee will not be refunded when returning. In case of a return on the products purchased as free shipping, the remaining amount will be refunded by deducting the shipping cost from the product price.

You will be informed by e-mail when your return cargo reaches us. After checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions, the refunds for the accepted return requests are refunded to your credit card within 7-10 working days by deducting the shipping cost.
Returns are not accepted for customized products.

We do not accept responsibility for problems caused by use and washing errors. Please carefully review the instructions for use and wash your product in accordance with these rules.
If the product/products are out of stock, a refund will be made.
