Delivery

Your orders will be shipped within 5 working days. The shipping time of customized products is 7 working days. Payments made by wire transfer / EFT method are sent after the bank approval is received.

Your domestic orders are sent with Yurtiçi Kargo. International orders are sent via UPS or DHL. Shipping fee is 23 TL all over Turkey. There is no shipping fee for orders of 450 TL or more. Free shipping abroad application is valid for purchases over 5000 TL for European countries and 8000 TL for overseas countries.

After placing your order, please review the confirmation e-mail sent to you by us to make sure that all information is correct. If there is any mistake in your information, you can inform us via hello@lepetitmico.com .

When your order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you and your cargo tracking number will be shared.

While receiving your order, there should be no crushing, tearing, opening, wetting etc. in the cargo package. Please check if there is a problem. In case of a problem, you can have the package returned to us by keeping a record.
